Receptionist/Sales Coordinator (3 Days Per Week)
Our client is a well-established importer and distributor of premium home healthcare equipment and products designed to enhance sleep quality, healthy living and overall wellness.
Key responsibilities
- Handle phone and email inquiries, walk-in customers and maintain professional image of the reception area
- Provide product information and manage sales orders and delivery arrangements
- Handle payment processing including credit card transactions
- Work closely with Accounting Department and assist with preparation of invoices, receipts, inventory records, etc
- Assist with PPT preparation for sales and product introduction
- Other ad hoc admin and office support tasks as required
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or retail service
- A proactive and cheerful team player who is always willing help
- Patient, good at numbers and attentive to details
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in using Google Workplace
- Good command of English and Chinese
Work Location: Lai Chi Kok
Work Hours: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm, 3 full-days between Monday to Saturday
